How long does custom tailoring take?

Because each set is cut and tailored to your exact mattress height and personalized 2-tone palette, tailoring takes 3–5 business days. Once finished, we inspect each seam thoroughly and dispatch express delivery to your home. For homestays and hotels, we will notify estimated production lead times in advance depending on item quantities.

Can Nhà Hạt tailor non-standard or custom mattress sizes?

Yes, absolutely! Unlike mass-produced factory brands, Nhà Hạt specializes in bespoke tailoring. Whether your mattress is 2m x 2m2, 1m4 x 1m9, extra deep (30-40cm topper), baby crib, or round bed, we tailor sheets that hug your mattress perfectly.

What if I live far away and cannot visit your home studio in person?

Do not worry! Our concierge will film high-resolution macro videos showing the fabric drape and luster under daylight. We also ship physical fabric swatch cards directly to your home so you can feel the softness firsthand before ordering.

What is covered under the lifetime seam warranty?

We take pride in our craftsmanship. All bespoke sets include a lifetime warranty on stitching, elastic corners, and zippers. If any stitch loosens or zipper wears out over time, simply send it back to Nhà Hạt for complimentary repairs.
